Your Nose Knows.. Hay Fever season is here ! (and what to do about it ?)

How to fight hay fever with natural remedies ?

If you suffer from hay fever, your symptoms may be starting right about now.

I know my allergies used to kick in full gear this time of year and it drove me absolutely bonkers.

I had suffered from allergies for many years and had tried a whole score of medications, none of which really worked completely, some of which didn't work at all , and some of which made me feel even worse than I was feeling before.

Hay fever is a form of allergy affecting the lining of the nose, eyes and throat. As many of us know, it can be miserable.

Although most people think of spring time when they hear the term hay fever, fall can also bring about symptoms in many people.

This is due to an allergic response to plants like trees, grasses, and weeds, many of which pollinate in the fall.

Fungi and molds are often abundant at this time as well, due to high humidity and decaying foliage.

In other words, the "hay fever season" can be a different time of year for different people.

In part, this is because trees, grasses, and weeds produce pollens during different seasons.

People who are sensitive to pollens produced by grasses may suffer in the late spring, and early summer, the time when most grasses are pollinating. About half of all hay fever sufferers are sensitive to grass pollens.

So I've tried a whole score of natural remedies for allergies also. Here's a run down of some of the common natural remedies.

You'll have to experiment to find what works best for you, since everyone has different reactions and is allergic to different substances.

So what are some herbs for seasonal allergies?

Perhaps one of the most popular is stinging nettles. Nettles is used for inflammatory and mucous conditions. .

Another herb, Horseradish, you can eat on your food to help relieve congestion.

Another option, is a bioflavonoid from citrus called quercetin.

Quercetin stabilizes the membranes of the cells that release histamine.

Make sure you purchase a formula with vitamin C in it to help with absorption.

I present even faster and more effective natural remedies in my ebook How to Blast Your Allergies Away Forever !

To Your Health Always,

Raymond
